Alain Lambert                                                   

Real estate professional Alain Lambert has spent a lifetime traveling all over Europe, Northern Africa, and the United States, but has chosen Ventura County as his permanent home. Alain was born in Belgium, and arrived in the U.S. in 1991. He has become familiar with many different cultures, a definite plus in the real estate industry. He is fluent in French, English, has knowledge of Dutch, and speaks some Italian. He has lived on the Westside of Los Angeles, in Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, and Santa Monica.

A landscape and interior designer by hobby, Alain frequently rearranges Sellers’ homes to get top dollar for their properties. A house that shows well sells well. This unique skill is one of his strongest attributes, and is instrumental in getting him listings. He is highly ambitious, considers himself a great "team player," and is committed to delivering the highest level of quality service to all of his clients. He takes pride in being a perfectionist. As a result, he receives a great deal of referral business, the highest compliment a buyer or seller can bestow.

Sara Lambert                                                    

Real estate professional Sara Lambert comes from an interesting background. Although born in Korea, Sara came to the United States when she was four years old. Her family lived in Baltimore until 1985, then moved to California. Sara grew up in Camarillo.

When clients come to a new area, a key question they always have is regarding the local schools. Sara certainly has an edge on that information. She attended Elementary School at Camarillo Heights, Middle School at Monte Vista, and High School at Rio Mesa. She took her Associates Degree from Ventura College.

Sara pursued her love for fashion and enrolled at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in downtown Los Angeles. She graduated with honors and has a Professional Designation in Marketing.

In 1996, Chicago Title hired Sara as an Account Executive here in Ventura County where she worked for two years, then moved to Los Angeles for four more years, still with Chicago Title. She became a licensed Realtor in 2002, and worked for a prestigious firm in Beverly Hills, Nourmand & Associates. Sara sold properties throughout the Southland and enjoyed the fast-paced market.

Sara’s best friend and partner is husband Alain Lambert.  They have a son who is in fith grade and a beloved dog. 

With a vast network of connections from her upbringing in Camarillo, Sara is delighted to be a permanent resident.  Her hobbies include golfing, cycling, hiking, swimming, skiing and playing tennis. Sara explains, "As much as we love LA, we wanted a better life for our family. We love it here in Camarillo and are excited about our business."
